You can still earn all weapon attachments organically and swap out, or add, attachments to Blueprints that are earned organically through leveling up that weapon. This way, you can utilize specific attachments before you earn them by leveling up. All the attachments you see on a specific Weapon Blueprint are given to you when you obtain the Blueprint without needing to level up the base weapon to earn them.
